Audit for Diia City Residents

In this context, the Audit for Diia City Residents refers to an independent auditor's opinion based on the examination of statements made by a Diia City resident in their compliance report for a specific period.

Such an independent opinion can only be prepared by an auditing firm authorized to conduct mandatory audits of financial statements.

The mandatory submission of an independent auditor's opinion along with the compliance report (initial compliance report and annual compliance report) is stipulated in Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Stimulating the Development of the Digital Economy in Ukraine" (Law No. 1667-IX).

We provide services for Diia City residents in preparing independent opinions (assurance reports) based on the examination of statements made by the Diia City resident in the compliance report, specifically:

- Statements regarding the average monthly compensation for employees and gig specialists;
- Statements regarding the average number of employees and gig specialists;
- Statements regarding the proportion of qualified income for the Diia City resident.
